Andrea has been a part of the California Real Estate Industry for almost twenty years. She began her career as a Loan Processor for a Real Estate Investment company and then became a Licensed Real Estate Agent before becoming a Transaction Coordinator. As a Licensed and Certified Transaction Coordinator, Andrea has helped train many new Transaction Coordinators, assistants, and new agents on document compliance and completion.  She has also helped implement new technology systems for broker compliance and helped create efficiency systems to support various Transaction Coordinator teams. Throughout her career, she has worked with many specialty brokerages, high-producing agents, and teams. Her Real Estate knowledge, attention to detail, and organizational and multi-tasking skills have allowed her to manage and maintain a high volume of transactions. Andrea is also a wife and mother of four, who loves spending her time out on the softball and soccer fields with her family on her free time!
