Thanks to Chris, our entire family was able to transition into the sale of our childhood home of 50 years. He made this an easy process especially for our mom who was very attached to her home. She was happy to hear that a young family purchased it as their first home. I highly recommend Chris as he went above and beyond to sell our home. We previously spoke with other realtors, one with Redfin and two "prominent" realtors in Irvine/Tustin. The know-how, service, and attention to detail Richard provides far exceeds these other realtors. Trust us, it will save you time and money. You won't be chasing your agent for information/help. These other agents were also masquerading as buyer's advocates but we learned the hard way that these agents were actually more loyal to the sellers.
